The Logic Behind Our Infrared Heater
Here’s the thing about our oil-filled radiator heaters: we don’t build them to meet consumer standards. We build them to OEM specs. That means the whole design is about one thing—consistent heat and a long life, even when it’s running non-stop on an industrial schedule. The goal is simple. Give you heat you can count on, right where you need it, and never let you down with cheap parts that cause downtime.
Power, Voltage, and a Purposeful Size
We engineer these heaters for specific power densities, usually hitting 2500W. You can get them in either 230V or 400V to match your plant’s setup. The 400V option is a lifesaver for longer runs. It fights voltage drop, so the element stays at full power, even over distance. And the 300mm length? It’s deliberate. It focuses the heat into a tight zone without wasting energy on a bigger surface. This makes it easy to fit into tight spots or direct the heat exactly where your process needs it.
The Tough Stuff: Halogen, Quartz, and Connectors
We use a halogen-filled quartz tube because it can handle wild temperature swings without cracking. The halogen cycle keeps the element clean, so output stays stable for thousands of hours. For the connector, we went with the R7s. It’s the workhorse of industrial installs. It handles the high current safely and makes replacements a snap—no tools needed. It’s a true drop-in design. You wire it once, and the connector takes the strain, not your wiring.
Built for the Grind, Made for the Job
This setup is made for serious industrial work. It can handle the high heat inside machinery enclosures and delivers focused heat for tasks like plastic welding or curing. Just keep one thing in mind: it packs a punch. A 2500W unit throws off a lot of energy in a small space, so your machine’s cooling system needs to be up to the task. But for engineers, it means predictable performance, easy installation, and a component that can handle the daily grind of factory life.
Quality Without the Markup
We stick to OEM-level quality because we source the same materials as the big brands, but we cut out all the marketing fluff. That’s how we can offer factory-direct pricing without cutting corners on the quartz, the element, or the connectors. You get industrial-grade reliability at a price that actually works for your budget.
