That’s why we shifted to waterproof infrared (IR) lamps for the rinse and drying stages. Instead of heating the air, we hit the wafer surface directly. Fast. Really fast. IR curing uses electromagnetic radiation. Since the energy goes straight into the substrate, you aren’t waiting hours for a chamber to warm up. We’re talking seconds.
